When your order has been shipped out to you, you'll receive a notification, either by email, text or via the Shop App. This notification will contain your tracking link, which will take you to the Royal Mail Track & Trace website. Simply press the 'Track Your Delivery' button, and your tracking updates will appear.
Please note, this tracking information will only display once Royal Mail have scanned your parcel into their system. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update, but typically updates within a few hours of your parcel being scanned into the network.
If you have not received a tracking link for your order, please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team, and they will be more than happy to provide this information.
