RETURN FOR A REFUND
If you would like to return your order to us for a refund, and it has been delivered to you, you can return it through our returns portal located in the footer of our website or by clicking here. We can provide a Royal Mail returns label for your return for a fee of £3.99. This will be deducted from your final refund amount. Simply print off this label, package your return along with your invoice so we can identify your return once we receive it, stick the returns label on the bag and take it to your local Post Office. Please also ensure to retain the receipt as proof of postage until we receive the return.
You can also return your order to us yourself with a courier of your choice. We recommend you use a tracked/signed for service, and you keep the receipt until your parcel comes back to us, as we can not be held responsible for any lost returns. We can not refund you for any returns that do not reach us.
Please note that we can only provide return labels for UK orders. We can not provide any return labels for orders placed outside of the UK due to courier restrictions. It can take up to 5 working days for us to process your return for a refund. This doesn't include shipping time for your return to reach us. Once your return has been processed, we'll notify you via email. We cannot transfer your refund to another payment method, it ill be refunded back onto the original payment method.

You can also return your order to us yourself for an exchange with a courier of your choice. We recommend you use a tracked/signed for service, and you keep the receipt until your parcel comes back to us, as we can not be held responsible for any lost returns. We can not exchange your order for you for any returns that do not reach us. Please be sure to also include your invoice or a slip with your order number, and what size you'd like to exchange it for.
