We ask that if you need to cancel or amend your order, you contact us immediately or as soon as you can. We typically process all of our orders within 24 hours, so once your order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel it or change it in any way after this period.
We can amend certain parts of an order, such as your email address, shipping address or any sizes you've ordered. Please note, we can not change items for other items. If you have ordered the wrong item by mistake, we will need to cancel your order, and you will need to place an order for the correct item.
