REFUNDS/EXCHANGES FOR SHIPPED ORDERS

Once we receive your return, we will strive to process it as quickly as possible. In general, refunds/exchanges can take our warehouse team up to 5 working days to process from the date we receive your return. Once we have processed your return/exchange, we will send you a notification via email with an update on where it's up to. If you are returning your order for a refund, the amount refunded to you can take around 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account by the bank.
