Typically, we process any orders within a 24-hour period once we receive them. If you place your order before 2pm, Monday-Friday, we will strive to process it the same day. We do not process any orders during weekends or UK public bank holidays, and your order will be processed the following working day. Please note that during busier periods, orders may take a little longer to process than usual, and we ask that you remain patient for your order to be processed. If your order hasn't been placed within 7 days of ordering, please get in touch, and our team will look into this further for you.
